A bathing suit, towel, sandals, water bottle (good to hydrate before, during and after). 

No outside food, beverages, alcohol or drugs, pets 

Sauna is an inclusive activity, where everyone is welcome, with the request that all under 16 are accompanied by an adult and no one under 18 can complete the booking. Children can sauna with supervision and should go in for shorter lengths of time with lower heat.

The Spot has a range of experiences on offer. We are open 7 days a week, with only community sauna spots open to all. Most of our bookings are for private celebrations, gatherings, retreats.

No walk ins.
 
Bookings are open up to 24 hours ahead, for same day inquiries give us a call or text and we can see if anything is open today.

Yes, you can cancel for a full refund, up to 48 hours for 90 minute and 3 hour sessions. 
 
For 1/2 day, full day and overnight bookings we require 30 days notice for full refund. Up to 14 days notice, 50% refund, less than 14 days, zero refund with rescheduling option. We will do every effort to reschedule you to a mutually agreeable time slot. We know life schedules change quickly.

Just yourselves and your sauna accessories – sauna hat, venik and non-glass water vessels. Please remove shoes before entering sauna and sit on one of the small seating towels provided

For community sauna sessions we ask that you wear a bathing suit or other comfortable covering such as a light robe.
 
Clothing is optional for private sauna use bookings. Seat towels provided for your use.
